At present, all of our spaces are rented ... this can of course change at any time. 

If you are interested in considering one of our units, 

as they become under future notice, please check the 'Gallery' section,

and send us additional info as to your' goals,

as described below, under our Wait List service.

For those of you whom would like to consider being Waitlisted,

and are not in a hurry & can wait for a special place,

this is the best way to keep apprised of our availability, as it becomes known.

Upon a customer's notice to relocate, we will broad cast info to everyone on the group list.

Email is our recommended media to provide your' list of goals, for wait listing;

When emailing your' list of goals, please include desires s/a:

- Time frame required/wished for

- Size needed, extra special rooms

- Approx rate desired

- Pet Requirements

- Amenities desired

- Parking wishes

- other specifics wished for, etc

In the future, should we receive a notice from a current resident of their plans to move,

we will broadcast information, to everyone on the Waitlisted email group,

regarding the space pending availability.

(you may of course request to be removed from the group at any time).

Additionally, we always have a major restoration project in motion, somewhere, 

so, for those considering a 'First In Resident' option, and are not in a hurry,

please feel free to ask;  What's-in-the-Queue ?"
